I'm using BeTheme in many sites, and this latest one has super low performance statistics. What can we do to get scripting and CSS as well as resource handling set better to perform higher???

Betheme has only basic SEO options.
If you would like to extend that and have higher control over it, you should use some SEO plugin. We recommend the YOAST.
