id like to change the title and description font colour in the elementor be image box Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, this is not a Be item, but elementor itself.

As I see, you are using the "H6" tag, so you can change the font color by changing "Heading 6" color in Theme Options -> Colors -> Headings
