When you open the browser console, you will notice a couple of errors coming from your child theme. Check the following screenshot for a better understanding:

We do not handle child theme customization, and that is what Pablo was talking about.

Please, switch to the parent theme, and check if the same problem appears.

You can also disable all of the plugins except WMPL and Header Builder, and recheck it.
