Install plugin link not working

Every time I click "Install Plugins" I get taken to a page that says "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page."

Please advise.

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check, if you are able to access that page again.

Won't I lose all the data from those plugins? I have some SEO plugins that I would hate to lose all the work I did on those.

I don't know what plugin do you use, but usually, all of the data is stored in the database, so you won't lose anything.

If you are still worried, please use the Duplicator plugin for making a backup.
