Additional Info appearing as variation options
I updated the theme and now the information I have set to appear on the page and shown as drop downs on the category page and on the product pages. Link examples:

Before the update, the only drop down was "scents" as it's supposed to be. After the update, the information that shows in the "additional information" section is now a drop down. How and why did that happen? I don't want that information there. Customers shouldn't be choosing ingredients.
It's the same on the category page. Where did those drop downs come from? they weren't there at all before the update.
I want the attributes that are set to only "appear on the page" to appear on the page under additional information. All the attributes whether I check the box "appear as variations" or not are appearing as variations.
Can you test if the same happen when all of the plugins are disabled? Do not forget about clearing the cache.
Also, you can disable our variatiations in Theme Options -> Blog, Portfolio & Shop -> Shop

In the screen shot you posted above, under the "add to cart" button is a string of script that you circled in red. It is appearing on all of the product pages in the store. We need that removed.
Did you try to disable your plugins?
If yes, and it did not help, please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.
