Remove privacy policy and change terms and conditions in copyright & social bar footer

How can I remove the link to the privacy policy in the copyright & social bar in the footer? I would also like to change the link and name of the terms and conditions. Where can I find and edit that?

To modify the copyright field, please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Footer.
