You have set the text logo for your website, which has the same color as the background.
If you want to use an image, you need to empty the Text logo field in Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Logo.
But if you want to keep the Text logo, you need to change its color in Betheme -> Theme options -> Colors -> Headings and modify the H1 heading.
