Content is missing after Update

Hello!

I recently discovered that after i updates beTheme some content was missing.

In one of the Elements there was the placeholder and not my text. Why did that happen? What can i do to prevent in to happen again?

Now I know what's happening. Everytime I update the site after I made changes on another element this stuff shows up. I can delete it an safe it and then it's gone. But it shows everytime I update the site.

Please, open the builder settings, turn off the Pre-completed items option, and check if this problem persists.

Can you also tell me which elements add the content automatically, please?
