I cannot change any of the texts in the red areas.

Can you tell me how to change this?

Please, edit your posts, and these texts should be placed in Gutenberg or in the Excerpt field.

there is no such space on my screen!

i don't know how to open the excerpt field that is not available?

You do not see the whole panel or only the Excerpt tab?

To open the panel, you need to click on the gear icon.

If you see it, but there is no Excerpt tab, please, click on the three dots next to gear, go Preferences -> Panels, and check if you have Excerpt enabled there.
