Mobile menu error with Elementor

Hello, my mobile menu is not appearing. I have read other discussions and I disabled all the plugings.

In conclussion, the plug in wich makes my mobile not working is Elementor but it's one of the most importants plug ins im using.

Can you give me some help, please?

Please, update your Betheme to the newest version and check if the issue persists.

If this will not help, please, send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.

I have updated and the issue persists. I have just sent to you the credentials but I dont understand what you mean with attaching a link here, what link?

It seems that the problem is not with the Elementor itself but with addons for it.

I have disabled them, and the mobile menu is working correctly.

Sorry, but we did not test these plugins with the theme. Our policy states that we do not support third-party plugins or custom code, so, unfortunately, we cannot help you.

Also, we cannot recommend any plugins other than the ones we support. You can find the list on this page, in the sidebar:

As you can see on the screenshot below, these plugins are not created by the Elementor team.

Ok, thank you, I didn't realize.

Anyway I just got it to work using the classic mobile menu instead of the side slide and it works enough for me.
