Slider wont save

Hi people i was trying to create a second slider for a website, i duplicated one then altered it slighty adding a contact form 7 to it, after that the website would only display the altered version, until i deleted it, now it wont save the slider selection at all :( any ideas how ive broken it?

    Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.
