To modify the copyright section, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Footer, and put your own text there.
To change links to terms, privacy policy, and cookies, go to Appearance -> Menus. From the dropdown, select a Social Menu Bottom, and there you can remove these links or change them to your own.
