Critical Error on website

Hi there, please can you help me get this website back online: https://nicolsonrussell.com

It all of a sudden has a critical error on the site and the Hosting company says there is a problem with the plugin called JC_composer. But I have no clue what to do?! PLEASE help me. Thank you :-)

If you have access to your dashboard, please, go to the Plugins tab, turn your plugins one by one, and check which one causes it.

I have checked your WP login panel, and it says that the database needs to be updated.

Can you do it and check if the problem persists, please?
