How to change font size of form fields

Would somebody please tell me whether there is an option to do this or do I need custom CSS and if so could you tell me what code is needed?

For example, this page: https://hhhelevator.com/login/

The form field font is sooooooooooooo tiny.

   font-size: 20px!important;
}
