Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Responsive -> General, and upload your mobile logo there.

the representation, as in your screen, is not shown to me in order to use a separate logo for mobile. See screen.

You have your mobile header layout set to Logo center | menu right, and with style, the logo is reduced to the header height.

Please, change it to the Default, and the logo will be displayed in its actual resolution.
