Is there a way to import the different page layouts from the different demos or is it only possible to import the full demo website?
I would like to import page layouts from different demos.
Or is there page templates somewhere to be found?

You can use the single-page import, which can be found in the Muffin Builder's options.
However, notice that only builder content will be imported, and for example, the color on that page will be from the theme options.
