Header not displaying correctly after update

For some reason, after updating to the latest version (it's been a while since our previous update), our menu header overlaps the slider and every page's content header. Would you be so kind to help us with this:

Ok, I think I got it, it's the "Height" settings under Layout... is that correct or is there a better way to do this? Thanks in advance.

I did not notice any overlapping on your website, so it was probably because of the Height value you mentioned.
