Change font size on mobile

Where is the setting to change the font size on tablet and mobile?

(Attached is a screenshot of what I mean)

All I see is code and shortcodes in the TXT editor - even further down the only setting for mobile is 'Mobile text-align'.

Where are all the mobile settings?

I would also like to increase the image size, but again, no clear way to do this.

How are we supposed to do this, it seems unusable the way it is.

Help appreciated.
