How to remove item List lines in Pricing Item module?

I have a pricing item and do not want the List lines.

Yes, I have removed them - countless times, however, they keep reappearing.

I have tested this at my end with this process:

I remove them > save page either front end or back end > get out of editor > go back into editor > they reappear.

If I am not using them, how do I stop them from reappearing?

If not, please, update it, and check if the problem persists.

I have no updates visible - is this the Latest?

I have recreated this issue in my environment, and it is related to the Pre-completed items option from the builder options. You need to turn this option off to prevent these list items from appearing.
