Problem with the upgrade of a new block

Hi, i'm building a new page with simple blocks (image + text). Now I cant't add new block (sometimes I see an error on front end and sometimes, when I click on "upgrade", I don't see the new blocks.)

In the other pages, for example in Home Page, I don't have this problem.

How can I resolve this error? Thanks!
