How to get rid of a text under a featured image on Blog page?

Hello.

There's a Blog page https://www.levelupteam.club/blog/.

I started SEO jobs as advised, i.e. Import/Export - Builder-SEO and so on. As one of the results I've got a post duplicated in WP editor. I've switched "Hide" content in Layout section. So the post itself looks OK.

But now I have an issue with the Blog page. The previews of the posts I've SEOed now contain texts which are the 1st text paragraphs with some symbols. https://snipboard.io/bwmNLj.jpg

I don't want those to appear. I like how the previews looked before (circled with orange https://snipboard.io/ydOCfZ.jpg)

How do I exclude texts from post previews?

Please, put your text in the excerpt field.

Thanks to that, the posts will display this text instead of the one from Gutenberg.
