Mobile/Tablet View is not showing menu

The mobile/tablet hamburger style menu is gone. I do not know when it happened but it is not there anymore.

It is just missing the menu so I cant really show an image.

Do you need an admin access login?

Sorry, but it seems that you are using a Core theme not Betheme.

In that case, you should contact their support.
