Hi,

When i click to 'Branding' tab under BeCustom then the page is not loading.

Its keep refreshing and i cant see any options.

Can you tell me what version of PHP, Betheme, WP and BeCustom do you have, please?

Is your PHP above version 7, and other mentioned up-to-date?

Please, turn off all of the plugins except Becustom, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you are using a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
