Cannot change the colors of my Footer and Action bar. PLEASE HELP

I'm having problems at the moment of changing the colors (background and text) of the footer and action bar of my website.


I'm trying to do it in the Betheme Theme options but for some reason, they are not changing.


Could you please help me solve this issue? I will attach the images of the action bar and footer I want to change.

    Hello,

    The changes you make in Betheme -> Theme options -> Colors, does not affect?

    Do you have any caching tools enabled on your website? They might hold the settings from before the update, and you can check if the problem persists when you disable them.

    No, the changes I have do not come into effect on my site for the action bar and footer.

    How can I check if there are any caching tools on my website?

    Or maybe this is something I will need to change with CSS?

    You can have some caching plugins enabled. However, if you are unsure which ones are responsible for caching, you can disable all of your plugins and check if the problem persists.

    If you have any caching enabled on your server, it would be best to contact your server administrator.
