I've just installed BeTheme on a large WP site with a number of different categories, http://www.contentcentral.net/

The main page uses the Masonry blog shortcode

None of the categories menu works. I've tried adding a new menu but the problem persists.

Any clues?

Actually, I have just noticed what the problem is. If you click on a blog category, those posts are shown below all the posts.

So how do I disable showing all posts on a category page?

did you set blog page under Settings > Reading section?
