Delete navigation menu

Hi, I would like to know how to change the navigation menu, or delete, because now the navigation menu is too large as attached pciture.

Please help to slove the problem.

Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Navigation & Share, and there you will be able to disable it.
