No access to pre-built website templates.

Hello,

I'm currently using a Betheme for my website but wanted access to pre-built website templates, so I purchased a license. I have registered a license key with my current WordPress template, but when I try and access pre-built website templates it tells me 'Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.'

Can anyone please advise on how to gain access to these templates?

Hello,

Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Advanced, and check if you do not have the pre-built websites disabled.

If they are enabled, please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and recheck if the problem persists.
