help with the creation of a section

Hi there,

I want to go to my website: netscher-und-sohn.de

like to insert the following marked section in the picture.

You can find the section on this website: https://www.starpool.de/

when they scroll down a bit.

Is it possible to insert such a section over the muffin pictures where the logos automatically go from left to right?

And if so, how do I do that?

You can create a Clients Slider or Simple slider and set the transition time in the theme options.
