Is it possible to have titles on portfolio items before hover?

Hi There.

Looking at the different layouts for the portoflio I'm stuggling to get the look I'd prefer.

I'm trying to achieve something like this page:

Is this possible to achieve with your theme? Mainly just need the title to be over the image before rollover and to be able to controll the colour over the overlay which is currently fixed to white? So in this respect the exposure layout works but need it to be in 3 columns instead of just one.
