The gap comes from a section bottom padding.

Open the section options and decrease this value.

Hi,

What you are referring to is the action button. Please go to Betheme -> Theme options -> header & subheader -> extras and change the action button.

You can modify its colors in Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Buttons.
