Site Migration

Hello.

I migrated a copy (backup of WP files & database from Plesk Panel) of an e-Shop I built with Be Theme (officially registered) & WooCommerce to a new domain. I bought a new license and put the new registration No for the new domain.

But it seems that everything that has to do with the Builder settings and also all pages context have disappeared.

Please advise.

Please, try to migrate your website again, but with the Duplicator plugin.

We used it many times and never had problems with it.

Hello again.

I always make testing copies of my web sites using subdomains and I migrate the same way always (using WP files and database), without plugins. No problems so far.

This is the first time that I migrated to a new (different) domain name.

Should I deregister Theme before I take migration backups first? Could this be the problem?

It would be best if you deregistered your license key before moving, but this should not affect migrating your content and theme options.

Maybe you missed something? Anyway, again, I highly recommend the Duplicator. Can you try this tool, please?
