background color and text color of the action bar

Hi. I want to change the background of the action bar at the top to white background and the text to black. Where can I change that?

Hi,

background color you can change under Theme options > Colors > Menu & Action Bar section. Bo to change text color, please take a look at http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/1021/how-to-change-betheme-action-bar-link-colour

Hi. I was able to change the color of the text but I can't change the background color in the Theme Options.

If you were not able to change background color it means you use pre-defined skin instead of custom and only below css will do the trick:

#Action_bar { background-color: #FFF !important; }
