Major content lost with the update & theme is reset (2nd time) - URGENT
Can someone reply on this thead - like fast?
I've lost major data in my website (blank pages - with no content on & it seems that some upgrade is the issue (which I didn't do manually) I just saw that muffin builder has a new version.
I'm trying to restore, but it seems like is I can't do anything - each time I get back to the same result.

Sorry, but you wrote beyond my working time, and I was not able to answer you.
I can see that you do not have the newest version of Betheme.
Please, update it, and check if the problem appears again.
Betheme does not have automatic updates, so maybe one of your plugins is the root cause.

It seems like I've lost all theme settings, plus in some pages the builder is empty.
And haven't changed or updated anything & this is the second time this is happening.
Could you provide some info?

I've contacted hosting provider - nothing came up.
Also, because is a main website of our company - I've changed all the settings so the website is correct again.
But because it is the second time this happening, I would like to find what causes the issue.

In the message field, put access to your WP dashboard, so the username and the password. Notice to attach credentials to user with admin rights.
