Sidebar for shop page to install filters

Hi,

I would like to install a different sidebar from the Woocommerce sidebar on the shop page to install filters. I have already set up a sidebar and assigned this sidebar to the shop page - but it is not being shown. Still the Woocommerce sidebar is being shown. Any idea? Thanks

The only place where you can add, remove and customize your shop sidebar is Appearance -> Widgets -> Plugin | WooCommerce.
