Issue Visual Composer and theme version 25.1.4

Hello Support,

we encounter 2 strange problems with last version theme and visual composer.

1) In Firefox browser image carousel transition not work anymore (in Chrome and Edge work fine), here screenshot of the error, the page URL is https://www.pilatesitalia.com/

2) In this page https://www.pilatesitalia.com/pilates-blog we have Visual Composer page with "Post Masonry Grid", the page takes half an hour to load.

Can we have a feedback?

Thanks

    Hello,

Are you sure that you are talking about Visual Composer? In your page source, I can see that it is a WPBakery.

    1) I have recreated this issue in my environment. However, I activated another theme (Twenty Twenty) to check if the problem lies on our theme side, but it persisted.

This means that it is builder related issue, and you should contact WPBakery support.

    2) I can see that a significant amount of time takes to load the images. Please, try to reduce their sizes.

Please, check the following link. There you will find instructions about how to improve the loading time for your website.

    Yes WP Bakery I'm talking.

Now in Chrome too every time I open first time the home page https://www.pilatesitalia.com/ I see this error and transition not work.

But I had a test site version with Betheme version 25.1.2 and this issue not occur. So what can be the problem, I updatet from 25.1.2 to 25.1.4 and now I have tis error that I didn't have before the update and the WP Bakery version is the same.

  • Hello, it seems to be internal browser cache issue, after cache reset now work, sorry for bother.

For the issue number 2 the images are optimized (max 100kb usually), I try to check, probably is Post Masonry Grid widget that with many items is slow.

    Thanks

    Hello,

nope Firefox image carousel issue still persist in theme v25.1.4 and WPbakery v6.7.0, in my test environment (betheme v25.1.2 / WPbakery v6.7.0) this issue not occur.

  • Can you switch to some free theme as I did, and test it, please?

    Thanks
