how to delete Payment methods on Account endpoints

Hello,

I want to delete the button of "PayPal payments" on Account endpoints.

I had deleted the "payment-methods" in my wordpress account as follow:

But it still do not word, the paypal payments button is still on the Account endpoints, what shoud I do?
