I saved in both editors (default betheme browser and Murfin live builder)

in editor the page shown correct. in frontend only showns the blog

But these are two different pages.

The first you have sent a link to is a blog category that is not editable with builders.

The second is a regular page.

However, the category pages inherit the content from the main blog page, so when you set it in Settings -> Reading, the content will appear.
