Stick header has no smooth reveal in Header builder

When I use sticky header in theme options the header appears smooth when scrolling down.

When I use sticky header in the header builder, the sticky header appears on a hard way on scrolling.

Is it possible to make that also smooth?

There is no setting to achieve that at the moment.
