I couldn't find this new function (copy & paste from changelog):

"NEW Muffin Builder - Option to apply filters before builder content print 'mfn_builder_items_show'"

Can you please help me, where I can find this?

Hello,

This is for more advanced developers who change their child's theme and want to modify the builder content before displaying it.

It is a hook that can be used with the WP apply_filters function.
