I wanted you to check if you did all steps correctly, like in the article I have sent.
However, I noticed that the same thing happened when I tried to check Tools -> Site Health even when I changed the theme to Twenty-Twenty, so it is not Betheme related issue.
In that case, you should check if your multisite configuration is correct. Moreover, I recommend contacting your hosting provider and asking if all privileges are set correctly on your server.

I already tried this:
Turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Switch to parent, and recheck it.
Check if your theme is up-to-date.
