Moving the theme to another domain after creation

Hi, we would like to create a website on a domain which is not the final domain. After we are done with the creation, we would like to move the website to the “final” domain. The reason for this is that we don't want the “final” domain to have to go offline for the creation, and then the move can be seamless.

Is this possible with the theme without causing problems with the license when moving the website?
