i messed by installing the theme to a wrong domain, i have deleted it from that domain now want to install it to a correct domain. do i have to buy again the theme again

No, you do not have to buy a new license. However, you need to deregister your key from the domain where you used it.
If you are having issues with deregistering your license key, want to manage your license key, or most importantly, you want to deregister a website that has been removed without deregistering it first, head to this topic: https://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest.
