I just renewed theme support, but it seems like I still can't update LayerSlider plugin

I just renewed theme support, but it seems like I still can't update the LayerSlider plugin. I have tried deactivating the plugin and going to the Install Plugins under the theme, but the old version of the plugin just shows up.

Also, when I check my license, it still says it's "expired". See screenshot.

You do not have to renew the support to update theme and plugins. Please, check the following link:

I have LayerSlider version 6.11.9. It says that the latest version is 7.0.4.
Also I tried verifying the purchase code I have with my license and I get the attached messaging.
1) Premium bundled plugins like Slider Revolution or WPBakery can not be updated independently without their individual licenses due to policy. However, the plugins like Contact Form 7 and others available in WP Repository can be updated separately directly from the Plugins section.
However, the update for Layer Slider should already be available. So please, check it out.
2) Can you tell me what says the information about the support on the forum, next to the profile icon, please?

1) Ah, the update for Layer Slider was now available, thanks.
2) The message next to the profile icon is "Your support is valid until: May 31st, 2022"
2) Are you sure that you paste correct license key in the "License key verification" field?
Did you buy few of them? Try inserting another one.

yes it's definitely the correct license key. I only have one. It works when activating the license on the website. I just thought it was strange that it was showing up as "expired" in the places that I shared the screenshots.
If on the forum you can see that your support is valid, and you can create and answer the discussion, then it is nothing for you to worry about.
Like I mentioned before support refers to this forum, and you have access to it.
