Add rotation and zoom on hover Paypal button

Hi guys,

I'm here to ask you for help because I can't apply the effect to the paypal payment button,

We would like to add rotation and zoom on hover

transform: rotate (-5deg) scale (1.1);

-ms-transform: rotate (-5deg) scale (1.1);

-webkit-transform: rotate (-5deg) scale (1.1);

like this...

Hello,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add this hover effect because of the PayPal structure.

Sadly in that case my hands are tied.
