Shopping Cart Quantity Fields Not Showing Up Correctly
If you go to rentallplaza.net, then add a product to the quote list, I can't see the quantity field. It's being overlapped by the plus and minus buttons.
This is the quote page:
This is what it looks like when you add a product to the quote cart:
The quote cart is controlled by the YITH WooCommerce Request a Quote plugin, but the stylesheet is from BeTheme. Can you fix this issue? I also have YITH's support working on this as well. This is a client's website.
Comments
YITH support came up with some CSS code to fix the solution.
Hi,
I am glad that you resolved your problem.
Please, let me know if I can help with anything else.
Thanks
I created a dev site at beta.rentallplaza.net. You can use ‘devsite’ as the username and password without the quotes to see it. I disabled the YITH Quote plugin and disabled the catalogue mode to see what the shopping cart fields would look like. The fields aren’t being displayed properly. I’ve attached some screenshots of the display issues. Please advise on how to fix this issue.
The CSS code that YITH support fixed the quote cart display issue, but I feel that that fix is a real temporary solution.
Does the same display persist when you disable all plugins except supported ones and switch to the parent theme (if you are using a child theme)?
Notice that did not test YITH with the theme. Our policy states that we do not support third-party plugins or custom code.
Also, we cannot recommend any plugins other than the ones we support. You can find the list on this page, in the sidebar:
