Cannot save widgets in appearance section

Every time that I try to make a change in a Widget in the Appearance section, I get an error that says

There was an error. The response is not a valid JSON response.

and it does not save the changes. this is a widget that I used in the footer

If none of them will help, please, contact your hosting provider, and ask to allow all the rules that ModSecurity blocks incorrectly.
