Hi,

How can change the size of the menu font without making the website logo smaller?

You can change the menu font size in Betheme -> Theme options -> Fonts -> Size & Style.

I did change the size and it's too small... If I change it a tab bit bigger then the menu is pushed down and sits on top of the header's title.

Is there a way to close the gap between the top bar logo and the menu?

Please, use the following code, and check if the menu is pushed to the bottom with it.

#Top_bar .logo{
   margin-right: 0!important;
}

Place it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.
