Unable to update plugins - Then try to deregister / reregister theme and it won't allow me

A few weeks ago I was just doing some routine maintenance on my website running Betheme and tried to update some of the theme specific plugins. I tried to update them throw the "install plugins" tab and had no luck. As you can see in the screenshots below, nothing will update.

I then read that deregistering and reregistering the theme could fix it. So tried that and now my theme won't reregister as it says it is still associated in the themes folder of the development domain I used before I pointed the site to the go live domain.

This cannot be the case as the development domain no longer exists and the theme has only ever been in one theme folder on my server the folder just has a new domain attached to it now. My website hosting provider assures me that there is no association to the development domain in the website files and I went and checked myself.

Any help on both of these issues would be greatly appreciated!
