I think your migration tool does not work for directory migration...
For example : migrate from http://domain.tld/Wordpress to http://domaine.tld

Do you confirm ?
Is it possible to fix it ?

this works for sure. If it does not work on your side, it means you did something wrong. Make sure you set address properly.
