Frequent crashes on save

I'm finding that the BeTheme frequently "crashes" when trying to save work

The Saving status is still fading in and out and the Updating ... button stays disabled. Once I'm in this state I can't recover without a browser refresh, which then loses all my work since the last save.

When in this state, if I click "duplicate tab" in my browser, a duplicate tab appears, but it displays the last saved version of the page, not the current edited version.

Any suggestions how to diagnose why this is happening ?

Hello,

When the update crashes, please open the browser console (F12) and check if you do not have any red errors.

If you notice any, please, attach a screenshot showing it.

Please check if the problem appears when you disable all of your plugins.

After that, all I did was refresh the page, rewrote the content (it was just an additional column) and saved and this time all was good.

Please, contact your hosting provider, and ask if there is something that could block the admin-ajax.php file.

Moreover, please, check if your SSL Certificate is set up correctly on your website.
